In a nutshell.
As a Hub Manager, you will manage our operations in Almere, Hilversum and Amersfoort and lead the related local operations, including battery swapping and on-the-road repairs.
In addition you will be responsible for setting up, managing and improving the Check Repair Center in Almere where specialised repairs on our hardware are done and new initiatives related to our hardware are piloted.
The role.
As the owner of the workshop you will carry great responsibility and ensure a high level of cleanliness and safety. You'll work together with other Hub Managers and Operations Managers to make sure best practices are implemented everywhere and central guidelines are followed.
You are a natural leader who likes to get their hands dirty and isn't afraid of stepping out of their comfort zone. You will have the opportunity to develop your technical skills quickly while working in a fast-paced environment of a tech scale-up. Simultaneously, you'll develop your people skills, managing a team of battery swappers and e-mechanics.
Your profile.
- You have a relevant technical background (can be internship) in for example engineering or automotive
- You have a wish to lead a team and improve your leadership skills
- You have a great sense of responsibility
- You have a valid Dutch driving license
- You are driven to not only oversee but also improve processes
- You have managed a team or have the ambition to
- You have hands-on mentality and an eager mindset
