In a nutshell.
Are you passionate about training and coaching new employees? We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented team member excited to take ownership of hiring and onboarding all new swappers. In this role, you’ll help recruit, train, and coach new swappers at Check.
The role.
- Analyze team sizes and ensure we have enough candidates in the pipeline
- Manage the hiring funnel for swappers through Teamtailor (ATS)
- Evaluate and shortlist suitable candidates
- Conduct phone screenings and first (on-site) interviews
- Prepare and hold (bi)weekly training sessions for new swappers
- Act as a buddy for new swappers and provide feedback on their first shifts
Requirements.
- Able to work 4-8 hours per week next to your current role as swapper, fixer, mechanic or shift lead. This role can be combined with regular swapping, fixing, or mechanic shifts.
- Organized and detail-oriented. Able to stay on top of applications, timely follow up on candidates, good planning skills.
- Passionate about teaching and coaching. Enable hew hires to become skilled swappers and help them grow.
- Reliable team player. Follows through on responsibilities with consistency and accuracy. Works well with HM and the local teams.

Your profile.
- You have a driver's license for at least one year
- You have a great sense of responsibility
- You have a hands-on mentality
- You're available at least 2 shifts a week and are able to take up evening- and weekendshifts once in a while
