In a nutshell.
As a Public Affairs Manager, you contribute to the mobility of the future. You help make cities more livable and accessible through smart shared mobility solutions.
You support the Public Affairs team in managing and improving service areas across dozens of municipalities. In doing so, you are given significant responsibility and are directly involved in the day to day performance of our product.
You combine usage data, operational insights, and local developments to continuously optimize service areas. You also work closely with municipalities and other public partners.
The role.
Act as the operational point of contact for municipalities where Check is active.
Implement operational changes and conduct initial impact analyses based on data and operational input.
Identify bottlenecks and opportunities and communicate these to the Public Affairs Manager.
Manage and optimize service areas.
Respond to questions from municipalities and coordinate operational matters.
Maintain contact with organizers of events and festivals.
Make agreements regarding accessibility, parking solutions, temporary hubs, and the deployment of shared mobility services.
Monitor and report on Check’s usage across different municipalities and service areas.
Analyze usage data, including travel patterns, occupancy rates, and operational performance.
Identify trends and irregularities and proactively provide recommendations based on these insights.
Coordinate operational alignment for temporary changes, such as events, roadworks, or municipal requests.
Requirements.
0-3 years of work experience, either via internships, committees or just started your career.
You have completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a field related to urban mobility, public affairs, policy, communications, or data analysis.
You are comfortable liaising with municipalities, event organizers, and operational partners.
You are accurate, service oriented, and possess strong communication skills.
You work in a structured manner and have a strong eye for detail.
You are proactive, independent, and enjoy taking responsibility.
