In a nutshell.
As a Support Agent, you'll help our users get where they need to go. Whether it's a question about a ride, a technical issue or an unexpected situation, you'll be there to provide fast and friendly support.
Working from our Amsterdam headquarters during office hours and remotely during evenings and weekends, you'll play an important role in delivering the best possible experience for thousands of our users.
As Check continues to grow, so does our Support team. We're planning to double the size of our team over the next period while continuing to deliver the high-quality service our users expect. It's an exciting time to join, grow with us and help shape the future of our Support team.

The job.
Your main responsibility is helping our users through chat, email and phone. You'll solve issues, answer questions and make sure every user interaction leaves a positive impression.
No two days are the same. One moment you're helping someone start a vehicle, the next you're coordinating an incident report or working with another team to resolve a more complex issue.
As the closest teams to our users, your feedback matters. We value people who spot opportunities, suggest improvements and help us make our service even better.

Your profile.
We're looking for motivated people who are service minded and have strong communication skills. Our ideal candidate takes ownership and helps us improve processes - and making users happy. We're offering a unique opportunity to build relevant work experience while joining a well-funded scale-up.
You communicate well in both Dutch and English
You have a great sense of responsibility
You're available at least 15 hours a week
You live in Amsterdam.
Shifts between 08.00 - 17.00 from Monday to Friday take place at HQ.
